You should see Killer Instinct come up in the Available list. You can do so by going to File > Audit all games, or just press the F5 key. Move kinst.chd over to this new kinst folder. The img files can be created using the chd files from the latest MAME romset and the chdman tool. Within the ROMs folder, create a new folder and call it kinst (which is the exact name of the ROM). The image files go in a folder of the same name of the rom. The crc of the romset files can be found in the dat file here. You’ll need kinst.zip and/or kinst2.zip romset files as well as the HDD img files kinst.img and/or kinst2.img that FBNeo is looking for.
